I don't have to pay the deductible.
That's the good news. The bad news is that I still have to contact Safeco directly (the other guy's insurance company) to be reimbursed for the car rental. I'm sure that'll take a while.
I wish I had known about the deductible when I went to sleep last night; I must be grinding my teeth or clenching my jaw intensely while I sleep. The headaches... the crunchy jaw...
I still need to talk to dad. I still need to figure out how I can afford this move. Is it bad form to call the new employer to ask for moving costs up-front rather than being reimbursed?
