My tweets

  • Sun, 20:36: If only I had someone to tweet, text, or IM my excitement to. What a life I'd be leading.
  • Sun, 21:04: I need pigeon spikes for FOH.
  • Sun, 21:48: I'm just looking for one divine hammer. I'd bang it all day.
  • Sun, 22:01: Driving on 9... I sure miss you.
  • Sun, 22:30: And the show is over and now I'm sad.
  • Mon, 00:08: Spambots are assholes not because of their burden on infrastructure, but b/c every time 1 of them randomly faves me I think I made a friend.
  • Mon, 00:10: And then, to my chagrin, as I open Twitter to discover who my new friend is, I realize it's just another iteration of a twitterbot. #sad
  • Mon, 00:15: This night has been great. Not amazing, but great. It would be amazing if this last subway of the night would arrive any time soon.
  • Mon, 00:16: What if the Internet is what equalizes humankind, not a concept like the Replicator in Star Trek.
  • Mon, 00:17: The thought came to me b/c Dutch police have been given permission to "hack foreign servers." Many countries would say that's an act of war.
  • Mon, 00:19: Then I thought... National borders are disappearing, thanks to the Internet. There are no arbitrary lines dividing people on the Internet.
  • Mon, 00:20: So their "act of war" re: hacking is really just an archaic concept which once had relevance, but is increasingly meaningless.
  • Mon, 00:21: Change happens slow... even change that forever alters the way humans perceive each other. In its midst, nothing changes. Looking back...
  • Mon, 00:23: With hindsight we can see HUGE changes, paradigm shifts, Ages of Enlightenment, etc. But contextually, living in that moment obscures it.
  • Mon, 00:25: Maybe our grand kids or great grand kids will see us as living through the time where we became united as a species. Probably not, but....
  • Mon, 00:57: Seriously. Hell is other people.
  • Mon, 01:00: Why am I surprised? At all? It's what I've come to expect. #learntodealwithit
  • Mon, 01:02: WHOA. WOW. I'm totally taken aback by this irony.
  • Mon, 01:04: So, she's the 1 who introduced me to Pixies, Breeders, Amps 20 years ago. & she was at the show & knows I work at the venue. & didn't say hi
  • Mon, 01:04: Meanwhile, for the most of the show I was thinking about her b/c she was the one who introduced me to it all and was a huge part of my life.
  • Mon, 01:05: And 20 years later I suppose I just realized that it just didn't mean as much as I thought it did. Or that it only meant something to me.
  • Mon, 01:06: Or something like that. Wow. Yeah. I seriously do long for the days before Facebook.
  • Mon, 09:15: Am I crisis-ing?
  • Mon, 10:56: Life Skills people take for granted: car inspection, emissions testing, insurance, and registration all being renewed at the same time.
  • Mon, 10:57: Who knew I needed to provide DNA samples and agree to an RFID injection in order to have my car inspected?
  • Mon, 11:07: Bah, what now? Sit in Dunkin Donuts and code or get on a bus and code somewhere else? #suburbs
  • Mon, 11:20: RT @verge: Four years and $100 million later, Bitcoin’s mysterious creator remains anonymous
  • Mon, 11:28: OH. I know why I've been craving so intensely: I hung out with my chain-smoking aunt on Saturday. #bringo
  • Mon, 11:32: My Top 3 #lastfm Artists: The Breeders (95), The Amps (43) & deadmau5 (14) #music
