New LJ TOS

I just said yes to this.
Here are just a few bits that caught my eye.









Also, the bit about the "translation" not being legally binding, only the original TOS in Russian is a legal document should raise flags (unless you can read Russian).

Pretty standard stuff, actually, but it's about time we started paying attention to the documents we sign online. For instance, giving a company you know nothing about the permission to use ANY data you transmit to them, regardless of whether it's intended as content or not, should make you think twice.
